Job Description:

Software Development Engineer Project Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients.

2. Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.

3. Proficient in Embedded System design development.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define overall system architecture for automotive software.

5. Analyze functional and technical requirements of automotive systems and translate them into software architecture and design specifications.

6. Architect end-to-end Embedded products.

7. Develop Embedded Software using C/C/CPP, RTOS, and Electronic Control units.

8. Experience in Yocto and Embedded Linux.

9. Good knowledge of connectivity protocols like BT, WiFi.

10. Work with Micro-controllers/processors.

11. Elicit requirements and derive system requirements to software requirements.

12. Ensure commitment to quality and high standards.

13. Knowledge of Requirements DOORS/Polarion, and Configuration Management Tools like git, SVN.

14. Familiarity with Agile based development methodology.

15. Understanding of the complete V-model for ECU Development project.

16. Knowledge of Telematic Control Unit.

17. Proficiency in Touch GFX.

18. Familiarity with ISO26262 functional safety standards and implementation in compliance with chosen standards.

Must Have Skills:

- Advanced Embedded System Engineering.

Good to Have Skills:

- Linux.

- C++ Programming Language.

Technical Experience:

- Free RTOS.

- Knowledge of connectivity protocols like BT, WiFi.

- Experience with Micro-controllers/processors.

- Requirement elicitation and deriving system requirements to software requirements.

- Knowledge of Requirements DOORS/Polarion and Configuration Management Tools (git, SVN).

- Familiarity with Agile based development methodology.
