Job Description:

Collaborate with business teams to enhance value and drive business impact by improving data availability, visualization, and analysis

Explore, analyze, and interpret trends in complex datasets to provide insights to senior management

Define data needs and quality standards while working closely with Data Engineers to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business requirements.

Requirements

Understand SQL querying and database structures to extract necessary data for analysis

Tell compelling stories and create powerful visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders

Expertise in analyzing large datasets, drawing business insights, and presenting analysis in reports and presentations

Experience in identifying root causes of problems, assessing risks, and implementing effective solutions

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and functions, for exploratory analysis

Good to Have Requirements:

Developer experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Periscope

Basic understanding of another coding language, preferably Python or R
