Job Description:

 Key Responsibilities:

Perform analytical reviews of investment budget and identify missing information. Prepare schedules for expense projections and analyze to address shortfalls in readiness for Accenture investment approval

Work with asset initiation teams to use the costing information in conjunction with knowledge of the commercial parameters to validate the costs using internal costing/pricing tools.

Assist teams with analysis of asset costing, understand variance and provide advisory on possible impact on Accenture corporate MD&I investments. Analyze financial impact accordingly.

Prepare an internal business case by analyzing cost and relevant business benefits generated from the MD&I spending to validate the business justification of the requested investment.

Develop Go-to-Market P&L basis various Market facing Partnerships Accenture constructs analyzing Sales, Growth Pipeline, expected Impact of Investments made and review with Global Finance Leadership.

Understand and work within the ambit of US GAAP policies and ensure a clear understanding of risks and opportunities on Accenture business when overlaid by regulatory environment.

Present the financial context to the Business leads and other stakeholders in the R&D Organization to influence outcomes and assist with decision-making with the right Budgeting & Forecasting techniques

Perform Financial Ratio Analysis using various established methods to evaluate the risk-reward matrix.

Provide coaching and guidance to Accenture corporate MD&I teams on how to improve the quality of the financial attributes before moving forward with large investments

Commitment to thought leadership and continuous learning by regularly contributing to CTS knowledge capital.


Basic Qualification:

MBA (Finance), CMA, CA


Good to have Skills:

Good to have awareness of Corporate Finance strategies tools and techniques including Financing alternatives including equity and debt financing techniques - MD&I Investment appraisal - Cost baselining and due diligence – Budgeting & Forecasting

Working knowledge of - Accounting for business combinations e.g., acquisitions affiliates.  - Asset purchase or lease accounting including capitalization issues
