Job Description:
Daily management of HR activities received in the ITRP portal and working on the tasks and requests based on the following subject areas in the SAP - (this list is not exhaustive)
Employees Data Management
Processing the activities from the functional mailboxes
Onboarding
Offboarding
SAP Entries
SAP Contracts
Create Personnel Files
Ensure all the requests are accomplished accurately on daily basis with strategic approach and always up for the payroll deadlines with procedural guidelines
Deliver exceptional service and ensure high level of excellence by maintaining proactiveness
Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through timely closure
Discuss within the team before escalating the doubtful queries to the NL HR team
Take responsibility for keeping up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments Support current and future business needs by maintaining consistency in the performance
Performs other duties as assigned
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
The team
The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organisation North & South Europe with various capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
Any Bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge of MS Office Tools, and SAP.
You can work independently, plan ahead and be flexible in adapting your schedule for urgent assignments.
Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Self-motivator and Independent.
You are eager to learn, conscientious, stress-resistant and have a positive attitude.
